18 Weekly workouts and challenges

With the diet comes maintenance of the entire musculature and framework of the body. Weekly workouts (and bi-weekly challenges) are expertly designed and sent directly to you each week via email.

Created to push your body and enhance the process of your programme, these sessions are vital to keep up each week, and the best part is, you will never have to exercise more than 25 minutes each time. Recommended to perform 3-4 days a week.
